Diesel tuning is a comprehensive and complex process, by careful recalibration of the engine management system we can unlock the true potential of most diesel engines fitted to modern vehicles.

A wide range of parameters are altered during the remapping process, such as injection quantity, turbo boost pressure, torque limiters, and many more. This results in increased performance and efficiency without compromising the reliability of the vehicle, gains of 15-25% are possible for most vehicles, with some showing even higher gains.

Our Process…

First, we start by carrying out a full health check of your vehicle along with data logging measures to ensure we understand how your vehicle is currently behaving and that it is suitable for a remap to be applied. Once completed, your vehicle’s software (ECU map) is extracted for modification.

The next stage is for our team of software engineers to start the modification process, based on your requirements, parameters such as boost pressure, injector quantity and torque request are recalibrated, this results in an impressive, safe and reliable remap.

Finally, your newly calibrated software file is programmed back to your vehicle. A final road test and more data logging are carried before we hand the vehicle back to you, The main aspects you will notice are better performance, improved driveability and much-improved responsiveness.

Economy Tuning

Increasingly popular with rising fuel prices, we are able to re-calibrate the ECU data to improve fuel efficiency. The increase in torque will allow fewer gear changes and accelerator pedal movement thus resulting in improved MPG and driveability. Ideally suited for Taxis, Fleet customers and Motorhomes.

Stage 1 Tuning

Designed for standard and unmodified vehicles with no hardware upgrade requirements. A stage 1 Remap increases power and torque while also improving fuel efficiency (driving style dependent). It can remove flat spots and gives a more responsive drive without compromising reliability.

Stage 2 Tuning

Offers a bigger increase in power and torque than a Stage 1 Remap, efficiency can still be improved but not as dramatically as a Stage 1 Tune. Often hardware upgrades are required before a Stage 2 Remap can be applied. It can remove flat spots and gives a more responsive drive without compromising reliability.

Stage 3 and Above

Up-rated hardware will be required, the numerous hardware additions require a fully bespoke remap carried out on a rolling road where parameters can be monitored in a safe and reliable way. There are exceptions to this, where Stage 3 and above development has already been carried out on your specific vehicle.
